On behalf of FLAC, Bro Michael Barlow presented much needed supplies to the Crisis Assistance Response Emergency Shelter (CARES), which operates the only emergency shelter for women and children in the Tri-Cities area. They serve the communities of Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, Petersburg and Prince George.
